Contact Rand Bullion
You can reach the editorial desk at editor@randbullion.com, but please read what we will and will not help with before writing.
Our editorial mailbox
The only public contact for Rand Bullion is editor@randbullion.com. We do not publish a phone number or street address because we are an online desk, not a walk-in office. Please write in English or Afrikaans; we will do our best to reply, but we cannot promise a response time.
We welcome corrections, suggestions for brokers to review, and questions about our methodology. However, we do not accept guest posts, sponsored reviews, or paid placement at any price. Our independence is not for sale, and we will not reply to offers of that kind.
What we will help with
We are happy to receive notes about factual errors on our pages, and we will investigate them according to our corrections policy. We also appreciate feedback on how to make our content clearer or more useful for South African gold traders. If you think a broker deserves a review, tell us why.
We can answer general questions about our methodology or about trading gold, as long as the answer is educational and not personal advice. We will not tell you whether to open a trade or which broker to choose for your specific situation, because that would cross the line into advice.
What we will not help with
Rand Bullion is not a broker, so we cannot help with account problems, deposits, withdrawals, or disputes. If you have an issue with FxPro or any other broker, you must contact that broker directly or, if necessary, their regulator. We have no access to your account and no power to intervene.
We also cannot help with fund recovery if you have lost money to a scam or a failed broker. We are not a law firm or a recovery agent. And we will not give personal financial advice, because we are not licensed to do so and because trading gold is high-risk.
Trade XAU/USD with FxPro
FxPro gives South African traders MT4, MT5, cTrader and a mobile app with competitive gold spreads and low entry. FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK) and CySEC, and an FxPro entity holds an FSCA licence in South Africa — check which entity your own account is opened with.
